The Infinity Circuit
Personal Training Program

With a deep appreciation for what our bodies are truly capable of and over a decade of experience in corporate and private gyms, owner and lead trainer Lissy Stalter, created The Infinity Circuit Personal Training Program.


Every detail is considered with purpose and function in mind. Each training session works the body as a whole with emphasis on balance and mobility while you gain strength and endurance. 



It takes 10,000 hours to become a master at something, which is why Lissy named it The Infinity Circuit.  Our practice is focused and intentional whether you are on day 1 or day 100. At Functional Elements we work towards mastering the movements and mastering ourselves to age gracefully and live in a body that functions properly, plays well, and moves freely!
